hi Sam - thx for the commentary. I don't frequent Yahoo! much, but I did not recall you mentioning the stock is vulnerable here. Per chance, would you please explain why you said "Operating profit is poor?" Also, not sure what you mean by business systems vs network systems. TIA I ve no problem if institution[s] is acculminating the stock though best, Bosco
