AOL is very easy to use but its custom interface that is so easy to use also limits what you can do. For instance, with AOL you used to get not the browser of your choice but AOL's slightly modified version of Netscape. I heard that some users called AOL's browser "Nyetscape" because of its limited functionality. Caveat: I have not used AOL in ages. Anyway, you get the basic idea. AOL is simpler but less flexible than MSPG. (Also $2 more/month, if that matters). Some also say AOL is slower.

To those of you spoiling for a fight, please take note -- I have no intention of starting an AOL vs. MSPG flame war! Both have their merits, and I am happily long both AOL and MSPG.

Peace
Mr Bones
