Is this question honest??

Kids do not have the sort of impulse control we expect of adults. Adolescents can experience the full range of fury - but they are still working out how to effectively deal with those emotions and express them in acceptable, constructive manners. Having a gun while furious may lead even a decent kid to perform an act he'll later regret.
Do you buy this, and do you sign onto the idea that I'm being straight with you re my opinions?
