SMM, i too have kept my faith in ptvl and encouraged others on this thread to do the same, always arguing that patience with ptvl would in the end be rewarded. considering that the march quarter was supposed to be seasonally slow, their results are more than excellent. once more we have proof that in on-line travel, ptvl is number one. i have denounced the downgrade by paine webber as soon as it had hit the wire and now i'm vindicated. analysts and the market will surely take notice. expect upgrades and a strong near term performance of the stock. and who knows, maybe an e-commerce behemoth with acquisitive urges will take notice as well, eventually. regards, hb
