I posted this over on the daytrader's thread. I'm still not sure if the current interest in Trivision is something that long term investors will finally be able to sink their teeth into (and I do strongly think their time will come!), or whether this is another round of a TVL momentum play. Either way, there appears to be food for thought for both types of investors. Here is that post.

Still don't know what's cooking, but I do like what I see!

Volume two days ago was 59,550
Volume yesterday was 113,393
Volume today was 193,000

And each day the price has been increasing. This has not broken out yet, but imho it certainly looks as if there is something brewing. Here's a few of my thoughts.

1) Assuming that the television manufacturers are having to make decisions regarding the v-chip technology to be ready for July 1st, it would make sense that these announcements would take place now to meet the U.S. Federal Communications Commission's mandate. This mandate states that 50% of all televisions available for sale in the United States MUST include v-chip capabilities. (And as of Jan. 1st, 2000, ALL sets over 13" in the States must have this technology.) That's a HUGE win for whoever gets the contract to supply the technology for the set manufacturers.

2) Further possibilities for good news exist when considering that Sharp signed a letter of intent to use TVL's technology in ALL of their televisions (just this past February)

3) Even more possibilities for good news exist when considering the solid backing by Nicheimen which has the potential to bring in many more television manufacturers.

What I'm saying is that the potential for news on a lot of fronts is there, and the timing for this news is certainly starting to make sense given the timeline. TVL closed very strongly today, which makes me think next week could get quite interesting.

So what is the news that is out there? As always, I'll be the last to know! But also as is often typical, the "market" so often "knows" and shows it ahead of time through increasing volume and shareprice.

TVL has the potential the be quite explosive to the upside and turn very good volume too. Last Feb 2nd, volume was up over 850,000 shares, with a good spike up based on Sharp's letter of intent. Other days have turned incredible volume, for example, over 2 million shares last September with about a 30% rise in share price.

Now at the moment, we're no where near that kind of volume, but it is increasing. With the potential for solid news out there on a number of fronts, and the current response of the market these past couple of days, we'll see what happens. Just my opinion, but I think the "market is starting to speak". <GG!>

Regards,

Kevin
