Disseminated Deposits A generally low grade deposit in which ore minerals are deposited throughout a host rock, EG- diamonds in Kimberlite, Porphyry copper deposit.By Phillip Kearey-Dictionary of Geology.
I say add Platinum and Palladium ( NI and CU also) to the Igenous Rock and you have the reason, it almost means that by defination that a resouce estimate will be uniform with very little drilling by the company comparred to other types of deposots that are not so by textbook defination; homogenious.
