Stock charts that make you say hmmmm

I told someone about NPEC and he decided to look at the stock chart. He's a technical kind of guy. He said something that made me laugh at first but then I realized it was true.

He said we are almost at the 52 week low (big surprise!), but then he said the last time the stock hit a 52 week low, it was followed a few days later with the 52 week high. He also said that the stock pattern repeats itself over the years. Go figure. I thought damn, he's right. LOL
