I think there is a few major differences between the two companies; RRRR has an investor backing the company with rights to own up to 40% of RRRR. MSGI has CMGI mgt, CMGI investment and GE behind it - a little more firepower i would say than RRRR has. MSGI, IMO, is in a better position than RRRR to take on businesses that CMGI simply can't deal with right now. An incredible partnership. MSGI will be profitable rapidly. Don't get me wrong, RRRR has good mgt and backing as well, but not like MSGI. Chief
