"As we get closer to the ship date and are able to get a better sense of likely order quantities"

They stated that they did not have an order since quantities were not known. It was a prototype. Seems pretty clear to me that they told us the truth!

Since their wasn't a contract for a specific amount in place their is no way you can sue anyone. That might be why Osicom has yet to be served with any lawsuit yet!

"Osicom has not yet been served with any of the complaints, but has been informed that each complaint alleges that Osicom and
certain of its officers and directors violated federal securities laws in connection with disclosures made by the company relating to
a contract with a Japanese customer."
