"The only wildcard is a possible settlement in the case which should give this stock a big boost." I know that most of the media says it's unlikely, but the judge in this case dearly wants a settlement, and has certainly constructed the remainder of the trial so as to send this message to both sides. While I consider a settlement unlikely, I think there will be at least one more push by both sides to meet for talks prior to the trial resuming. If for no other reason than to try and appease the judge. And, as we've seen in the past, even settlement talks give the stock a lift.
