Y2K related slowdown ??? IBM do not see one. IBM conducted a survey of their clients, the CIO's about IT spending during 2nd half of this year: The Result: according to IBM: "It can't predict a slowdown due to Y2K because most customers don't see it". 17 % see lockdowns in the 4th Quarter Only 1/3 of repondents expect to see a slowdown.
