I wonder if Zulu's percentage of ownership (if it really owns any) of BFL and Omni-net (Phase2Media) will have the same effect as its once held percentage of ownership in Yahoo stock. Zulu shareholders got no value from Zulu's ownership stake in Yahoo. Instead all we got were more company name changes and industry name-dropping (ala Lair, Green, Glassberg, et. al.)

Am I discouraged? You bet I am. You have to consider that I am the last one who would become an enemy to ZuluGroup.com. I was once its most hearty advocate.

I formally apologize to anyone who staked out what became losing ZULU and/or ESVS positions based on the influence of my advocacy.

Like Randmiser who based his good faith on his communications with and assurances from Bob Smith, I too based my good faith on communications with and assurances from a variety of company sources over the course of my investing experience with both NETZ and ZULU.

It is with great difficulty I admit I was wrong. I sincerely believed things would be different than they are today.

NOTE to SanJuan and Others: Do what you must and please keep me appraised as my interest remains. However, personally, I've already expended too much time, energy and emotion into what became a losing proposition. Since selling my Zulu position, I've regained nearly 20 percent of my losses by trading in the hot oil driller market (FLC, MRL and GW). I look for my profits from the future, not the past.

Good luck to all and fare ye well!
