Al..thanks for the update I think this plan is close to what is needed. by reducing the float and eliminating the note problem, coupled with financing the capital structure will be in pretty good shape. Add to all this a quaified CEO and state of the art Technology the company will be in a great position to move forward. When do you expect all this to be finalized ??? Regards Zman
