So what does the company look for in a new CEO?
I say get someone who knows how to promote the company (i.e. if you have 25,000 design wins, there must be at least 3 or 4 per month that deserve a press release).
It is also extremely important to get someone who has the respect of Wall street. This is much like a turnaround situation--at least as far as the market value of the company is concerned.
