I am probably just dreaming but I thought it was weird that he even mentioned it. I sort of felt like he was trying to tell us something - this investor is not new to us. Why would he even say it if he felt it had no bearing. Plus, because this is another convertible, it is in the investors best interest NOT to be mentioned. We witnessed what happened last year when they mentioned Microsoft.

Again, I really don't know how to take it. I just found it weird that he would even put that blurb in his memo. General Magic is very good about keeping secrets. Remember last year when we found out, through a Markman memo, that they started Qwest trials? I felt that McCormick was doing the same sort of thing.

Who knows, I am probably dreaming and just looking into every word for the silver lining.

This is purely speculation on my part and just my opinion.
