(416)597-0681.....Ontario Securities Commission...RE YORKTON What this Mark Pavan from Yorkton did was outright manipulation...AND BORDERS on being illegal..WASN'T HE ON THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS....WASN'T YORKTON SHORT ON THIS STOCK JUST ONE DAY BEFORE THE NASDAQ LISTING AND THEY HAVE BEEN COVERING THE PAST TWO DAYS!!!! How in the world can they rate this stock an "underperform" when the damn thing goes to $32.00 from pennies? Here's what happened...they probably sold their warrants too early and are now angry that they missed the boat by not getting in on the Nasdaq parade..... They purposely instilled fear in the minds of investors to create panic.... I'd love to hear what crap they try to spew to cover their ass on that one.... I suggest people call the OSC and file a formal complaint...with enough callers, they WILL investigate. I've already left my name. Frank
