I think we're in a waiting game until the SEC and NASD approves the 15c2-11.

I have tried to call Roger numerous times, with no luck. I believe that someone tried to drive by, but didn't see him.

Wall Street Journal did get a hold of Roger. Perhaps send a letter Certified Mail, Return Receipt Requested?
