Many woried investors question Yorkton's
Please tell us if you have ANY explanation on Yorkton's behaviour!?
It is unethical! For a house with no relationship to Bid.Com to badmouth the stock, well that may be ethical. However, for a house that accepted a large amount of cash in the past to represent their best interests, and bad-mouth them now--- that is totally unethical.
Furthermore Mark Pavan pegs the price of Bid.Com at $2-$3.
Look at Yorkton's house positions:
04/19- Bought 153,804 at 26.04, Sold 134,250 at 25.80 04/20- Bought 130,100 at 20.87, Sold 101,550 at 21.32 04/21- Bought 238,300 at 14.35, Sold 162,740 at 14.43 04/22- Bought 274,500 at 11.13, Sold 105,600 at 11.57
I say let Mr. Pravan explain in court why he paid 26.04 a share for BIDS on April 19th, and yet values the stock at only $2-$3 per share to the media!!!!!!
Note that EACH day they sold LESS than they bought. In fact, in this month alone they bought 2,074,685 shares at an average cost of 21.80 per share and Sold 1,769,768 shares at an average cost of 22.24 per share for a net purchase of 304,917 shares at a cost of $5,874,107.
Since he only values the shares at $2-$3 maybe we should demand Yorkton sell those shares to us at that price!!! " |
