Thanks! Are the 2.6mil shares held by LPGL outside of the 3+mil shares that will be offered tomorrow? I guess they are, but I do not yet understand the mechanism of shares publicly offered while some are held by the venture capitalists which in this case is lpgl. Bear with me, I am trying to understand. Peace
