Jape....Here's another quickie!...DJC sent me an email first regarding the same question before he posted here. ...I told him that I couldn't recall everything at the moment even if I knew the answer...so I speculated it could be Carmel...and I speculated it could mean that CArmel selling of a "small" amount when in proportion to what they owned could be selling for simple reasons such as a utility bill....I forwarded his email to Peggy...which he acknowledge and thanked me but still wanted to discuss it. Explaining what I just said above, I told him I'd try a see if there was anything I could find to the contrary...and there isn't!...basically Peggy said..., IMMD has no control or KNOWLEDGE of what Carmel's reasons are for selling ...so you see,...we can only speculate...and I thanked DJC for taking to email ...reason, so we don't have to rehash this...and YES, it's been discussed back in September...about that particular 144...and we got no where...but it's not to say NO ONE can bring it here...by all means anyone should bring it here.....it's just that even though I post a lot here....I do have a life outside the thread <GG>...and sometimes some questions aren't going to be answered to everyone's satisfaction...so in my opinion, I reiterate...the bottom line to all this is the lawsuit...a couple hundred thousand shares to me is insignificant from Carmel when they own over 6 million and they do this periodically...that's my opinion....you can discuss it...but if I don't keep getting into it that's only because like everyone here, I'm tired of waiting and no matter what the hell everyone wants to discuss, it doesn't change anything as far as I'm concern..so I don't feel like keeping the negativity going on the stock when I don't think it's as significant as I stated to him in his email...which btw he decided to post as soon as I responded to him...as if there was so much more there to look into...which is fine with me...but that's why I made my statement of "don't overanalize"...Hey, I could be ALL WRONG HERE....but at this very moment I dont' feel wrong and feel VERY positive on immd's future in spite of how things went the last 6 months....I have gotten out of many pennies...and immd is my only one I hold....that says something on how I feel about immd.....hope no one takes offense to it but that's how I feel.
