$75 MM for 25% implies a $300 MM total valuation;
$150 MM for 50% implies $375 MM,

current market cap =~$700 MM.

When Leon Black enters the picture, I put my hand on my wallet. He's a real sharp guy, and something tells me if he does put any $$ into the company, it won't be on the same terms as common shareholders.
