On a whim, I placed an order for American Teleservices bonds, but it got kicked because I didn't have enough buying power at the time or something. Probably for the best; playing presumed takeover targets when the herd is doing same is usually not so good strategy. The bonds weren't that cheap anyway. Harmonic Lightwave? They've been off my radar for a while now. Poor man's Ciena, right? Shorted some chunks of Maxtor puts today. Hope they don't dive too much tomorrow or the near future, or I'll find myself owning more than I wanted...
