Oil Futures / R.Barbe: Thx for that article. Looks like energy has joined the Numbers game club. The abundance of communication has generated a huge quantity of erroneus data. It is almost impossible for the average Investor or Citizen to ascertain who is right etc. What is your target ceiling for WTI crude this year.?
