re Yr 2000. I agree with you sooooo much. I am very concerned about being in margin between Oct 99 and March 00, especially if my main stocks that are margined are (even my beloved) Dell, Msft, Csco, and any other techie stock. They will be buying opportunities, IMHO. AOL will be fine adn so will SWY (I dont have any) HD (I have some) and other necessities stocks. I expect a real stock market scare, similar to Monday, for that period. Then (unless the economy tanks which I dont expect) a new (or continuation) Bull market around Feb or Mar when the world doesnt collapse after all. JMHO. Freeus What type of companies do you deal with, that you see this desire to keep away from new techie stuff for now?
