tonto, let me get into the middle of this discussion if I may. You bring up some good points about management/scam/shell companies that need to be discussed. I was a broker when I quit Kodak back in the 80's during the penney stock boom. I became a broker at a shady brokerage firm that pushed shell companies that were OTC BB's. We, the brokers in the firm, weren't ALLOWED to sell anything but what the brokerage was pushing. It took me two weeks to figure out what was happening so I quit. Three months later the firm was shut down, but the people who invested in these shell companies lost everything.

As for MXNT, the management might have a shaky past(I don't know), but I do not believe that MXNT is a scam or a shell. The evidence is obvious. Can you go to MaxPlanet.com, MaxCanada, MaxHongKong, can you listen to the radio station, post items for sale on their auction site ????? You have to answer yes to all the above. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to see that MXNT IS NOT a shell corporation. As for management, I do not know or care at this point where they came from only where they are going. I have not invested my life savings nor is it my only position. Even the best companies with the best management fail. I for one am willing to take a chance on what I feel is a good web site with great upside potential. I am also willing to risk losing everything invested in MXNT if their business plan fails because I am well diversified in other areas.
