Thursday March 18, 10:49 am Eastern Time Company Press Release Pinnacle Business Management, Inc. $1.5 Million Bridge Financing Completed $10 Million Secondary Offering Planned for Fourth Quarter 1999 .. are they insane?? at the time the PR came out the stock was around .32, which would have meant an additional 31million shares issued to cover the $10mil... at current prices 52million shares.. this stock is a crock o crap...
