This infantile pudendum fixation you have with insisting that this is all about whether NATO or the Serbs have the biggest balls is hilarious. It shows that you don't have a clue when it comes to the reality of warfare and even less about what is happening in Kosovo. I guess that in your fantasy role playing games, it's probably a factor, where you multiply testicle size times the roll of the dice and that determines who wins, but it doesn't have a damn thing to do about whether or not those murdering racist bastards can survive a direct hit from a 2000 lb. earth penetrating warhead or have a leg to stand on when it comes time to pay for their crimes.
