Agreed, it's very close. Ya know, this one is looking better all the time. Products are great, the ecommerce site is great, and easy to use, plus this is all true; Scottsdale Scientific qualifies for a NASDAQ listing in all requirements (assets, number of shareholders, operating history, etc.) except for one: stock price (NASDAQ requires a $4 minimum stock price sustained for 21 days). the Company has assets in excess of $ 4,000,000 with revenues of over $ 14 million for year-end 1998. Funny thing about the exchanges. They don't like a company "promoting", yet they have these qualifying rules that just scream out for it.
