Don, I think Art was referring to the yahoo board rumor that JNJ may buy out SEPR at 155. That was proved to be a rumor, most likely planted by market makers because a call to SEPR IR drew a definite NO, NOT TRUE answer. That was on the yahoo board a while back. If SEPR got bought out at 155, those LEAPs with a strike price greater than 155 will become worthless. The 155 price tag was the wishful thinking of the person who started the rumor. 155 ? How about 149.125 ?
