It's my opinion, and it has been all along, that Lev was correct in saying no batteries were for sale. That's a retail term; they are not for sale. They are for OEMS to work out specifically for their own mfg use on their own equipment, and for no one else. Perhaps some other company will also want a battery, and a different one will be designed in concert with VLNC. Therefore the wording seems appropriate: you just can't step up and "Buy" a battery -- but you might be able to order 100,000 or more with VLNC coordination. Yes no?
