To all

Even contemplating the feelings that would occur if I were to hear that this sort of thing were taking place where I live is difficult. In the town I live in outside of Chicago, there had not been a "murder" in over 20 years. But just a few weeks ago, someone walked into a small grocery store here, shot the owner and then walked out. They caught the man a few days later and it turned out that the man did not like people of the race of the owner, so he killed him. It seemed as though this was so out of character for "our town" It seems to me that there is no place that these crazy things could not happen. But still to think of losing a child just seems as though it would be impossible to bear. I heard tonite that there may be more suspects..it gets worse and worse..tragic and horrific and life changing.
