It seems to me that the FTC has for the time being agreed not to hinder the growth and development of the net. You seem to feel the FTC would step in with a heavy hand. Do you have any specific reasons for this, other than your gut feeling? I guess what i am looking for (and i am not being sarcastic) is specific rulings that lead you to believe this is true.

Also, the FTC has different sets of rules for cable than say telephony. Wouldn't any FTC rulings in this area require rules that overturn many cable precedents? Something the FTC says they have no wish of doing at this time?
