Hello Dan. See you and Howard are holding down the fort. Scaned GUMM's latest filing and couldn't find a definitive description of the arrangement for Zicam and Gel Tech. Found mention of a 6mil proposed financing arrangement in return for a conv pref (?) but again no details. Maybe I missed it. Anyone here got the skinny on what's up? Best Regards, Mad2
