SIV's problem is that it has no real power brokers like Canaccord or Yorkton behind them. If that were the case there never would have been a halt. VSE has nothing against Eng, I understand they do have a hard-on for the former President of SIV. The question to ask the VSE is if they do have a problem with former management who are still major shareholders, why did they ever let SIV come back after its previous halt last year, only to halt it again the one day it began showing some life?

The VSE's treatment of SIV shareholders is actionable. I doubt however anyone will bother hiring a lawyer given the relatively small amount of money involved. All I suggest is keep writing, phoning, faxing and emailing the VSE until they either cancel all trades made on Tuesday April 20, or they let SIV trade again.

good luck

etc.
