Ken, I am not an expert in this area but have owned stock before that trades in both Canada and here. I have not seen any affect from this arrangement. It ends up trading at the same price, of course with currency consideration. I had bought a stock on a Canadian exchange and they came down on the NASDAQ. Merrill Lynch moved the stock I owned in Canada to the one on the NASDAQ. Magic...They told me I was better off with owning the NASDAQ traded stock. The markets seem to be efficient...Maybe some one else has better answers.

I did look at the VSE when I bought my AIRP shares and I was better off buying here, at the price I offered.
