Without detailed data from SEPR, it is next to impossible for an outsider to accurately value SEPR. Even for SEPR, until they have enough clinical data, some of their hundreds of patents may or may not pan out. Thus, it is very difficult for anyone to come to an agreement of what SEPR should be valued at at this moment.How will JNJ or whoever and SEPR negotiate, if at all ? We are just seeing the first vein of gold, how many ounces there are is anyone's guess. A buyout at this stage, if it happens, would represent poor judgement on both the buyer and the seller. Lets get back to the serious business of praying for recovery. We have enough of buying dips !
