In the print version of the WSJ, that article was immediately beneath the article about Big Dog and Cavalry. I wonder if that particular choice for placement was a subtle indication that the WSJ may be far more aware of what's going on than we give them credit for.

On the topic of the SEC, I'd like to get a challenge going. The Internet "bashers" versus the SEC fraud-trained lawyers. Both sides will go after scammers and we'll see who ends up with a higher tally in say 3 months... I'd vote for the bashers. Their hands aren't tied by political considerations. Which reminds me. I'd like to start reviewing some campaign contributor lists to see which Congressmen/women are receiving political contributions from these touts. It might go a long way to explaining why Congress continually underfunds the SEC.
