Market leader? This is exactly where I hold different view from the longs. RN is the leader in the software product, the major portals like YHOO and AOL will be the leaders in service. My point is that the name of game on the Internet right now is SERVICE, not technology. With MSFT soon bundling everything into OS, there is little value in the technology itself. If RN transforms itself into a service company and build a royal subscriber base, it may become a successful company. However, chances are, technology companies don't do well in service. Even the brilliant brain power in MSFT did not make it. Look at their Expedia. Pathetic.
