Income tax provision part of asset sale benefit? You mean it's no coincidence that $11,000 of withholding equals 500 shares of Atmel, or was that 100 shares of Schwab? Hmmm. Maybe my benefit is not having an IRS lien on my house.

Anyway, it's only three weeks until the next 10-Q, so maybe the accounting change and asset sale will be explained more fully then. On the other hand, since they just closed the Motorola deal, we can probably expect more one-time writeoffs in Q2.
