Israel,

I've been tracking the buys and sells from the Time & Sales Reports for PCBM since January 4, 1999.

There have been 10,113,919 more shares sold than bought since that time through April 21, 1999. The Float is approx 15 Million. You do the math. MM manipulation is common, but we have been tracking this one closely and the proper authorities have the info that I speak of.

Aside from these stats, the company has a solid business plan, existing products generating revenue, and has and is making acquisitions....they are expecting to have filings by end of June.
