Hi, Charles:

Thanks a lot for your information. I checked the investor's package I got from the company half a year ago, and I did find the warrants item:

650,000 outstanding, strike price c$1.16, expiration: March,1 1997

I believe it is a good entry point for ILP next Monday, at least it is a good trading situation at 2.45, Longer term, down side risk is very low and upside is subtantial. I probably will grab some next Monday.
