Richard: Re: "SVGI announced bookings are up 90% Q over Q this morning, yet they're only up 5/8th. What's wrong with this picture?"

Get a grip, Richard <g>. You think you have invested in an internet company here? No. You have invested in SVGI which is viewed as an industry doormat by many analysts. Management has a lot to do with this perception. It is viewed as undervalued at the bottom (close to half book) by investors and will viewed as undervalued at the top unless the company does something spectacular to overcome perceptions in this upcycle.

But I watched SVGI yesterday and saw nothing but a rising stock price in a day of steady accumulation. And if you look at a chart, you will see that it bottomed at the end of March along with a number of small caps in the sector. And you closed at $14 yesterday, near the high after bouncing from that end of March low level, not considering the S & P Small Cap inclusion spike that brought to around $15 per share. This promises good support going forward. Not bad for a company that posted huge losses and probably does not screen well to the uninformed portfolio manager.

I would not worry too much. You will make money on this one from here.
Can you give us any industry dope about the DRAM pricing situation? Is anyone worried about this issue?
