For Pavan first to promote and stand behind BII and do an underwriting for them, and then after all is said and done and his position has been liquidated, to bad mouth the stock as he has done saying that it is worth between $2 and $3 seems firstly UNETHICAL secondly CRIMINAL!!!

What a way to play the stock, sell on the way up to $32.00, sell short, then come out and say the stock is worth $2.00 and cover your short.

THIS SMELLS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
