nick, on the day after I sold out..Parker was up 5% but SESI up only 2% & this with the buyout announcement. The only thing keeping it near $4.00 is that the oil patch is generally holding up OK. On weakness in the oil sector I think it may suffer disproportionately. Absent this merger/buyout/?, I would have bought back in on weakness. Now I'm not so sure. It seems (& your calculations confirm) to be fully valued. We'll see, Dave
