My guess is that there might be a lot more to the philly selection than currently meets the eye of investors.

If you visit the philly homepage, (see info thread) you will see that they are cutting fees, so my guess is that they will need to make the discounts up with increased volume, and believe VWAP with assist them.
In regard to Ashton, my theory is that this is just step 1 in a much larger plan.

Notice rumor last night on yahoo about IPO announcement might come today. Anybody else hear anything about this.
