I agree with you. Since the sale of assets would have very little cost of sales and no manufacturing costs, most of it would add right to the net earnings. With the increasing revenues reported and the EPS last quarter this doesn't make sense.

One possible scenario is that it reduced the accounting-change charge TO 29M.

I wish they had been more specific but after further reflection they had a kick-ass quarter!
