The shares you claim are registered for sale are actually locked up for one year. Perhaps you should read the filings a third time. I am not saying you are absolutly wrong in your assessment of LOAX and it may prove to be a bust at some point, however, the internet is causing complete reassessment of valuations of securities involved in e-business. After the quiet period is over I suspect that Mr. Paolo might start to post again to clairify and expand on his company
