Thanks Rande Is. It appears that the TPEG reverse split confusion is coming from the fact that they implemented a reverse split in May, 98, and had another one planned late in 98 to stay on NASDAQ. The second reverse split was never implemented becaused the share price went above $1, and was unecessary. The strange thing is that the Yahoo chart shows two splits in 98, which I think is incorrect. I think I'd better call their PR firm to clear up this issue once and for all, and to find out about the warrants. I'll report to the thread what I find out.
