Robert , I obtained a rundown of the percentage ownership that LS Capital has of Desert Minerals and Griffin Gold . According to Keith Mckenzie LS owns 50 % of Griffin Gold ( which has 2.5 square miles of property in Tecopa) and 45% of Desert Minerals (which has 4 square miles of property at Tecopa). As terms of the aquisition LS agrees to put up funds to develop both properties and to permit a newly incorporated co. Desert Minerals (Delaware) which has all the assets of DM (bc) to become a public company trading probably on Nasdaq. to my knowledge that is how it stands right now , regards
