I was told twice in the last two months, on this board and in an e-mail, that the outstanding was 11M. I guess another 1M have been issued since late February. Probably not a coincidence that there was so much resistance when JAWZ traded up to $1.21, and again to $1.01 a few weeks ago. Dilution is always a problem, particularly when it occurs rapidly. I agree with the post 2040 from J.M. Burr. Management needs to be more forthcoming on all these issues.
